With more than 42 years of experience in the industry, Michel Cotroni distinguishes himself by his professionalism and his ease of working in a multicultural market, as well as his resilience and his capacity to adapt to change. He establishes trusting relationships with his clients by using a respectful and well thought out approach. He uses vocabulary that ensures that everyone understands.

Michel entered the life insurance industry with London Life in June 1973. Seeing the exceptional quality of careers in the field, he has occupied different management positions, of which over 20 years as Agency Director. His motivation was to be able to recruit and develop successful Advisors. He left management in January 2007.

He then joined ProSphere Financial Group as a Financial Security Advisor and accepted the role of Compliance Manager for the firm.

He is very involved within the industry: he has successively been a trainer for the Chambre de la sécurité financière, an expert-witness for the Syndic, he has completed 4 mandates on the Disciplinary Committee, he has sat on numerous industry committees over the years, including President of the Laval section of the Association of Agency Directors. In November 2014, he was named “Tête d’affiche” [Top of the Bill] by his peers at the IQPF 25th anniversary.

Today, he finds great motivation in collaborating with successful Advisors and working with business people. He is recognized as trustworthy, an honest person who is available for the team, his clients and his partners.
